Eagle View Truffles is a truffière set amidst the picturesque mountains of the Tarlo River National Park in the Southern Tablelands NSW established by Matt and Danielle Ghosn in 2015.

Now with the help of a team of working truffle dogs, Matt and Danielle hunt for and supply Périgord black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) from their maturing truffière. With rich soils and a perfect climate they produce high quality truffles with a premium pungent aroma and flavour.
